Case Study #1: Main Street Movie House, Bradford, PA

Dipson Theatres operated this movie theater location for over 40 years. It was eventually sold to another operator, who only managed it for a year before the City of Bradford ended up assuming control. The city hired us to manage this location again for several years until a local business entrepreneur was able to negotiate a contract for operation. Dipson consulted with the new operator for some time during and after the transition and continues to be a regular resource of information for the current management.

Originally, Dipson Theatres managed this cinema for the owner of the complex. When the previous owner unexpectedly passed away, the landlord recaptured the property and contracted us to resume management of day-to-day operations.
